We do not charge a call out fee, we do not charge for our parking, we do not charge the customer for time away from the property if we need to travel to a plumbing supplier to buy plumbing parts for a job and we defiantly do not charge our customers for travelling into a congestion zone.
Honesty and trust go hand in hand, and that is why we feel it is important to be up-front and transparent from the start.
