Highly reccommended. Two days before our holiday, with my husband overseas and a chicken-poxed toddler on my hands, my neighbour announced our bathroom was leaking into their flat downstairs. I rang IQ, was put through to JJ who said he’d be round in an hour, and he was. He had a quick look and fixed the problem in twenty minutes. He was clean and tidy and friendly, couldn’t ask for better service.
Excellent Job. Had a toilet blockage and leak in the kitchen. Where other (Pimlico) Plumbers wouldn’t touch the problem, iQ Plumbing Services solved it, explained it fully, found the correct causes and completed the work all within three hours without major building works as others suggested.
Steve is a brilliant professional, honest, straight forward and efficient. I fully recommend his services to any one in need of help.

We awoke to find a drain overflowing in our kitchen. We called IQ Plumbers, and they arrived in 40 minutes, immediately started work and really quickly found the blockage, removed it, cleaned up, and generally really impressed us. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

A total scary nightmare came upon us this sunday evening with an overflowing communal manhole ! I searched around for emergency services but they were either unavailable or absolutely over-expensive.
I came across IQ Plumbers’ site, liked the name (!) and even more liked being answered by my engineer, Steve.
Steve was friendly and seemed professional. I arrived in record time and tried several “remedies” until he finally managed to unblock the drain.
Thanks to Steve, the nightmare is over ! Reliable, friendly and very professional, I will definitely recommend him around and use his services, hoping it won’t be for another blocked drain !
Had just given up hope of getting our compact dishwahser going , when I came across IQ Plumbers on Which Local. Gabriel came out on time , didn’t bat an eye lid when I suggested where I wanted the dishwasher ( and that this would involve drilling through a wall ).
Very professional – told me what he was doing every step of the way ( even replacing a washer he found that was broken in the sink) and cleaned up after himself well.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, with all the testimonials saying the same thing – the price was very reasonable.
I was also pleasantly surprised at the offer of after care- if there was any problems with the work he would be back out and sort it out. This was a refreshing surprise and not offered by any other plumbers I’ve dealt with in the past .

Even though we called Steve quite late when we returned from work and suddenly noticed that we suffered from a blocked kitchen drain pipe he still came in very late at night (for no extra payment above the standard charges). He quickly checked the situation and had all the tools he needed to get the water flowing again in no time. He also used the remaining time for the first paid hour to check and clean the other pipes in the bathroom just to be safe without us even having to mention it. Apart from that it is quite fun to talk with Steve and he gave us some hints on how to avoid similar problems with our pipes in the future.
JJ De Wet came last night to fix a blocked pipe that was making a horrible leeking in my bathrooms… And he did an AMAZING JOB! Moreover, I had a fantastic treatment and he took care of every single detail of the cleaning. I am so thankful! I strongly recommend him.

Amazing service – called at 8.45 pm on new years day, and problem was totally fixed within the hour. Plumber was excellent, friendly, and cost reasonable. Totally wonderful service.
I highly recommend these guys. Brilliant service and very reasonable prices with really high quality work. Gabriel came within a matter of hours and replaced a leaking valve with a thermostatic one. Really clear about prices over the phone and took less time than I imagined possible (just an hour). Don’t get ripped off by cowboys!
I had a burst pipe in the backyard on a Sunday night, and called a few plumbers who though were supposed to be on call 24 hours were not available. But when I called iQ Plubming a plumber, Gabriel Moreti, came in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and fixed this urgent problem and some other minor issues I threw his way. I highly recommend.
At 3am, a pipe burst outside our flat, causing water to cascade down the building walls and leaking into the flats below us. Panicked, I tried called about 10 other companies claiming to have a “24 Hour Plumber” on hand. Steve was the only one who helped, and held his word.
JJ arrived within 20 minutes, and quickly spotted and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional, and knew what he was doing and where past plumbers had made their mistakes. IQ Plumbers will be the only people that I call from here on out, and appreciate their excellent service so much!!

The boiler in our London flat had a leak and was flooding the kitchen. I called Steve all the way from Sydney and he organised for a plumber to be round within the hour. Our tenants said the plumber was very nice and helpful. Steve was very honest with the cost (which was very reasonable) and he kept me informed of all the progress. I would definitely use IQ again. I had an emergency with a flooded bathroom and IQ had someone round within half an hour – he was polite, friendly and helpful – and the rates weren’t the blackmail charges that a couple of others had quoted me. Would thoroughly recommend them.
If you want a professional, friendly service, call these guys! They sorted out the drain blockage immediately with no fussing and clear explanation of what the problem is. Impressive service, would highly recommend.
Spoke to steve on a Saturday night due to blocked drain. He was totally upfront about the costs involved. I arranged for him to come on Sunday morning but I would be at work, only my mrs and kids at home. Steve was very friendly and respectful with the mrs. He actually charged me far less than I thought because the job was completed very quickly. Hand on heart I cannot recommend steve enough. He was honest and did not take the mickey as others were ready to do. This is the first time I am putting a comment online but steve deserves this. IQ Plumbers are top dollar and steve I will call you again if something goes wrong but according to what you told me today my drains are good for another 3 years lol. IQ Plumbers well done and thank you once again.
